DFWCG 18th century picnic

Here at last! Though I'm getting over being sick this last week I wasn't about to miss the picnic. Its the first official 18th century event that I have been to. It was held at the Botanical Gardens, which were beautiful, and the event was lots of fun. Overall I was pleased with my outfit..Everyone looked stunning to say the least. I learned a nice country dance (though we had a music malfunction and had to cut the dancing short). It was a pleasant afternoon with beautiful weather and happy people. A+ day. Enjoy:::

Sounds like it could have been fun. Can I assume this is Botanical Gardens in England? I did check out your profile but could not find a country of residence.

Looks like it was lots of fun. Thanks for the great shot of the back of the wig, did you style it yourself?

That would be Texas Le Loup :)

It was great fun Comtesse...I had to take a pic of the wig of course! Yes I styled it myself. I purchased the wig off ebay and styled it while watching BBC Aristocrats lol. I want to get another and do a little tutorial...really I owe it all to the wig *the hair was super coarse and thick*
